Q: Why is it that sometimes when I place an order I get a call afterwards stating that the item I ordered is sold out? A: Although we do our best to update our inventory on a daily basis, our order process time is 1 business day from the time you place an order. We ask you to be patient as our system is being updated. We will always inform you, whether it is by phone or by e-mail if your item is sold out, and our customer service representatives will offer you items that are similar to what you ordered. That is why it is important that you keep us updated with your current contact information.

Q: Do you take special orders? A: Houseofstyle.com carries a large amount of top designer brands. Because these brands are in such high demand we do take special orders for some brands. The brands that we do special orders for are G-Star, occasionally Frankie B and Juicy.

Q: How long will it take for my order to get to me? A: Houseofstyle.com begins processing orders as soon as they are received and takes 1 business day. If your item is in stock your order will be processed within in 24 hours and shipped out to you. Some items are special ordered and as a result take longer to receive. If there is a problem with the billing or shipping, delays will occur. To aid us in getting your order to you as fast as possible please read our shipping policies. Shipping time varies according to where you are located. Our main office is in La Jolla, California so items shipped within the state tend to arrive faster that items shipped across the country.

Q: How long should I wait for a reply to my e-mail? A: At Houseofstyle.com our pride rests on our customer service. We check our e-mail several times a day, so response time varies depending on the content and request of the e-mail.
